What documents do I need to prepare for divorce application ?
- Marriage Certificate
- National Registration Identity Card
- Deposit of Legal Fees
- Birth Certificate of Child (if any)
If the divorce involves distribution of matrimonial assets, then the following is needed:-
- Real Estate : Title/ Sale and Purchase Agreement
- Vehicle : JPJ Registration Card
- Other documentation evidencing the ownership of assets
